When i saw the video about this service dog it reminded me of our Cody. i agreed to raise Cody to be a service dog for the organization Paws with a Cause. When the year was up he was to go on his way to Michigan for further training. Before he could go he had to have his hips checked. Cody's hips did not pass the test so he was rejected. The folks at Paws with a Cause told me they would look for a home for him. Needless to say, i told them he had a home.
Unfortunately, for what ever reason, some dogs don't make the program. The service dogs that do, make such a difference in the lives of their owners.
